She is a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, American Dental Educators Association, American Dental Hygiene Association, and Directory of Dental Speakers. As the director of Hygiene Mastery and by virtue of her training with Fortune Management of Colorado, Pac-Live, and Genr8tnext, Shannon brings an unbridled passion to educate dental teams and to raise the bar on professional standards leading to unsurpassed levels of clinical excellence. While in pursuit of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, she provides state-of-the-art knowledge of the business requirements of the modern dental hygiene practice. Shannon is a proud military wife of over a decade. This has provided her the experiences and knowledge of practicing dental hygiene in several states. In her career, she strives to raise the standard of professional care. Shannon’s passions include mastering the art of being a wife, mother, educator, and providing dental care in Nicaragua through Bridges of Hope. Some of her personal activities include traveling the U.S. and abroad, organic gardening, winter sports and a wide array of crafts.
